Francesco De Stefano is a young Irpinian entrepreneur who inherited his passion for enology from his grandparents, who have always made a small wine production..

Aware of the inestimable potential of the native territory, over time he has conducted a long research on production techniques to improve and enrich the knowledge and secrets learned in the family.

This passion combined with his charisma and the desire to always learn, day after day, has allowed us to create a company of wide scope: the Francesco De Stefano winery.

The strong bond with his land led him to undertake studies in Geology and to obtain the title of Geologist.

The knowledge learned is fundamental to take care of the company area and applicable to enology because, in order to produce an excellent wine, it is fundamental to know the components of the cultivated territories, their properties and to apply the most suitable techniques to take care of them.
